By accessing or using STAYnB's property management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

STAYnB provides a cloud-based property management system for vacation rentals, bed & breakfasts, hostels, and small hotels. The Service includes:

  • Booking management and calendar synchronization
  • Guest communication tools
  • Payment processing integration
  • Channel management for OTAs
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Related features and functionality

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal activities

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

  • Fees are based on your selected plan
  • Payments are due monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change fees with 30 days notice

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STAYnB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAYNB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STAYnB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
